Allen Built is a family-owned and operated commercial, residential, and maintenance construction company based in Tasmania. Our team of skilled employees works alongside company owner Shannon Allen to provide efficient, quality, and cost-effective building solutions to all clients. Shannon, a qualified builder with a diploma in building and construction and over 15 years of experience in carpentry, believes no client should be turned away. Because of this, the company takes on a wide range of building projects.
In total, Allen Built has more than 40 years of industry experience, with Shannon taking over from his father, Edward Allen (a retired engineer) to continue the company’s goal of providing the community with exceptional building solutions that meet structural, functional, and aesthetic needs.
The company is committed to providing training and development opportunities to all staff, holding the view that learning should be ongoing in response to increased regulation and requirements within the industry. As a result, almost all employees are actively completing qualifications to enhance, not only their own knowledge and skills, but the finished building solutions provided to all clients.
